    Pusspins stickers on InstaSize

I was approached earlier this year by the guys at Munkee Apps to design a sticker pack for InstaSize, an app that lets you fit your photos on Instagram without cropping (among other things). I’ve never heard of InstaSize up until that point, but apparently it’s a very popular app across the iOS and Android platforms and I do notice my Instagram friends using it. Sushi and Tiger, and other cats in my life

Let’s get this out of the way: I am a crazy cat lady. Some of you might have noticed a brown tabby cat in my recent Wordless Wednesdays. That’s Tiger, just one of two cats I have. The Illustration Friday drawing prompt for last week was WHISKERS, and while I missed the deadline (hihi- didn’t have time to blog then), I thought it would be a good time to introduce you to my cats as they will be showing up a lot in my work (they already have, actually).   This is SUSHI (7 months old). Illustration Friday: Messenger

In an effort to get back to Illustration Friday, I am shamelessly re-posting an old drawing as it’s a fit for this week’s topic, Messenger. I drew this a year ago on Odosketch, a simple, online drawing app with limited, muted colors and no undo function.   Throwing in an unrelated, just-finished drawing also made on Odosketch. It’s a drunk cat! No particular reason for the drawing but I did just buy a couple of bottles of San Mig Light just waiting to be opened (which I will get to after I post this) 😀   The interesting thing about Odosketch is that you can replay your drawing stroke by…
